We request payment for assessments and/or treatments after each visit. Payments can be made by cash, check, debit or credit card.
If you will be claiming your treatments through any extended insurance, a receipt will be provided to you after each payment which you can then submit for reimbursement.
For specific inquiries regarding your coverage or requirements contact your extended health insurance company.
