You do not need a doctor's referral to see a Chiropractor in our clinic.
While you do not require our doctors referral to see one of our Massage Therapist or Naturopathic Doctor your insurance company may require one to process your claim.

We requested payment for assessments and/or treatments after each visit. Payments can be made by cash, check, debit or credit card.

If you will be claiming your treatments through any extended insurance, a receipt will be provided to you after each payment which you can then submit for reimbursement.

For specific inquiries regarding your coverage or requirements contact your extended health insurance company.
